Yvonne Perry

Yvonne Perry, 76, of Fishers, passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis. She was born on July 23, 1940 to Robert and Dorothea (Maple) Peak in Milan, Indiana.
Yvonne was a teacher for 40 years, mostly in business education. She attended Castleton United Methodist Church, and was awarded Educator of the Year. Yvonne was a member of Business Professionals of America, and Office Education Association.
She is survived by her step-children, David Perry, Julie (David) Delaney, and Brian (Sherri) Perry; six grandchildren, Scott Perry, Sam (Abby) Perry, Danny (Ellen) Phegley, Mitch Phegley, Hannah Perry, and Claire Perry; and four great-grandchildren, triplets Alexander, Brandon & Lila Perry, and Isabel Phegley.
In addition to her parents, Yvonne was preceded in death by her husband, John B. Perry; grandparents, Nunny & Ruff; and step-son, Mark Perry.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, December 30, 2016 at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road, in Fishers. Services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at the funeral home, with additional visitation one hour prior. Pastor Bert Kite will officiate. Entombment will be at Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis.
