Zach Michael Hernandez, infant son of Mark and Tiffany (Roberts) Hernandez of Westfield, was safely delivered into Jesus' arms on Friday, February 21, 2014 at St. Vincent Women's Hospital in Indianapolis.
In addition to his parents, Zach is survived by his brother, Alex Hernandez; paternal grandparents, Joe & Nancy Hernandez; maternal grandparents, Mike & Karon Roberts; paternal great-grandmother, Judy Sylvester; maternal great-grandmother, Shirlie Mike; and aunts & uncles, Jason Hernandez and Emily & Michael Roberts.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, February 25, 2014, at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville, with Pastor Kyle Drown officiating.
